BIOGRAPHY

Alan Daughtry handles a variety of civil appellate matters in state and federal appellate court—for both the plaintiff and the defendant-covering a broad range of commercial and tort issues. He is board certified in Civil Appellate Law, and has developed an emphasis on governmental and constitutional, property and condemnation, and foreign law and jurisdictional issues. In addition to providing appellate briefing and argument, he frequently assists trial counsel on addressing complex legal and jury charge issues at trial. Mr. Daughtry is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubble.
